foredge Co., Ltd. foredge collect the following information from Jaboon's customers

(5) SNS ID (LINE, WeChat, Facebook, etc.)

foredge collects this information based on your input when you apply for services.
In addition, foredge will use the information provided by you for the Jaboon and Treasure Matching Box services provided by us within the scope of the following purposes.
Personal information collected from customers will be used for the following purposes

(1) To provide information distribution services utilizing Jaboon data
(2) To send and distribute communications, mail magazines, direct mail, and other notices related to the use of this service.
(3) To provide personal information to companies, partnering companies, organizations, etc. using the Service based on the customer's consent or application
(4) To improve the Service, develop new services, and for marketing purposes
(5) To conduct campaigns, questionnaires, monitoring, interviews, etc.
(6) To confirm and respond to opinions and inquiries regarding the Service

4. Management of Personal Information

foredge shall thoroughly manage the information provided by customers as follows

(1) Ensuring accuracy of information
foredge will strive to ensure that the information provided by Jaboon's customers is always accurate and up-to-date.
(2) Safety control measures
With regard to the organizational management of personal information, foredge have established strict handling procedures based on internal guidelines and ensure that such information is handled in accordance with such guidelines.
(3) Supervision of employees
foredge ensures that personal information handling guidelines are strictly enforced in accordance with foredge's rules and regulations.
(4) Supervision of contractors
When outsourcing the handling of personal information, foregde only outsource to contractors that meet foredge's requirements based on foredge's rules and regulations, and foredge manage them appropriately.
(5) Retention period and disposal
foredge will set a retention period for information provided by customers, and dispose of the information after the retention period. Even within the retention period, the information will be promptly disposed of when it is no longer needed.

5. Provision to Third Parties

foredge will provide personal information to third parties (including third parties located in foreign countries) in the following cases, in addition to cases permitted by laws and regulations.

(1) For the purpose of providing affiliated services with other companies (including affiliated companies), when providing personal information to service affiliated companies necessary for registration and provision of affiliated services.

9. Correct text of the privacy policy

The Japanese version of the Privacy Policy shall be the official text. Even if a translation into another language, such as English, is made for reference purposes, the Japanese version of the Privacy Policy shall remain in full force and effect and shall not have any effect on the English or any other language translation.
